- JCC Secure Payment Gateway: You can pay securely using Visa and Mastercard credit/debit cards through our JCC Secure Payment Gateway. Your payment information is encrypted and protected to ensure a safe transaction.

1.3. Shipping
We offer two delivery methods:
- Courier Service for Cyprus (1-3 Business Days): This option ensures fast and reliable delivery within Cyprus. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be provided during the checkout process.
- AKIS Express Pickup Points: For added convenience, orders can be delivered to the nearest AKIS Express pickup point based on the customer's address. Alternatively, you can choose to pick up your order from a different AKIS Express Pickup point by leaving a note during the checkout process. Shipping costs and available pickup points will be provided during checkout.
2. Returns and Exchanges
2.1. Eligibility
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, please note that some products might not be eligible for return due to hygiene and safety reasons. Additionally, items purchased during clearance or final sale events are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless defective.
2.2. Time Frame
You may initiate a return or exchange within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
2.3. Return Process

2.4. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, product defect). We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns to ensure the safe delivery of your item.
2.5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 5-7 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and a restocking fee may apply in some cases.
