Loyalty & Rewards Program
1. PARTICIPATION in the myperfumeworldcyprus Rewards Program:
1.1. Member Registration
Any natural person over the age of 18 has the right to complete the relevant Membership application in physical form, which he or she should then submit to any physical store in the myperfumeworldcyprus network of stores.
1.2. Membership Qualifications and Responsibilities
1.2.1. The Applicant, once enrolled in the myperfumeworldcyprus Rewards Program, automatically becomes a Member and is entitled to the following privileges.
1.2.2. The Member must immediately inform the Company of any changes to his personal information by sending an email to info@perfumeworld.cy. Provided that, the Company is not responsible for any loss of privileges due to its not being timely or accurate in notifying it of a change in the Member’s personal information.
1.2.3. Each Member is entitled to have only one participation account in the myperfumeworldcyprus Rewards Program while the Company may refuse to consolidate or deactivate any additional accounts.
1.2.4. The myperfumeworldcyprus Rewards Program and the rights deriving from it are not transferable and may not be used by any person other than the Member himself.
1.2.5. The myperfumeworldcyprus Rewards Program is intended for personal use by each Member only and may not be used for professional or commercial purposes.
1.2.6. In the myperfumeworldcyprus Rewards Program, the Company does not carry out any identity verification during registration and/or use. In addition, the Company is not responsible for any losses or damage that may arise from the fact that the Member does not properly store his personal data.
1.2.7. The Member has the right at any time to withdraw from the myperfumeworldcyprus Reward Program by notifying the Company in writing at a physical store or by sending an email to info@perfumeworld.cy
1.2.8. The Member can collect Points from the myperfumeworldcyprus Rewards Program and from the Company’s online store www.perfumeworld.cy if he previously registers in the myperfumeworldcyprus Rewards Program at a physical store of Perfume World Cyprus.
1.2.9. Points in the myperfumeworldcyprus Rewards Program are non-transferable, non-duplicable and non-usable by anyone other than the Member whose details are registered.
2. BENEFITS OF MEMBERS in the myperfumeworldcyprus Rewards Program
2.1. Benefits:
2.1.1. Members of the myperfumeworldcyprus Loyalty Program benefit from privileges (such as indicative discounts, Points, special offers), which the Company is entitled to modify and/or cancel at any time and at its absolute discretion. Members are informed of the privileges that apply each time through the Company’s website www.perfumeworld.cy, advertising brochures, electronic communication (e-mail) and/or text messages (sms).
2.1.2. Privileges are valid for purchases made from the day of registration to the myperfumeworldcyprus Rewards Program and henceforth a) either from the physical stores of Perfume World Cyprus b) or from the Company’s online store www.perfumeworld.cy if previously registered in the myperfumeworldcyprus Rewards Program in a Perfume World Cyprus physical store.
2.2. Collection of Points
For every €1 (euro) of purchases made in Perfume World Cyprus physical stores or from the Company’s online store www.perfumeworld.cy the Member earns 1 Point as stated on www.perfumeworld.cy
Example: For purchasing products worth €100 (euro), the Member earns 100 Points.
2.3. Points Redemption
2.3.1. Redemption of Points is done exclusively by the Member (natural person) and upon presentation of the police ID or passport (if it is a foreign person) at Perfume World Cyprus physical stores.
2.3.2. Points are deducted or added (accordingly) immediately with each purchase from the physical stores of Perfume World Cyprus, while from the Company’s online store www.perfumeworld.cy Points are deducted or added (accordingly) if no later than 7 calendar days have passed from the time of receipt of the purchase product.
2.3.3. Points are redeemed on the condition that the total of the Member’s active Points is equal to or greater than the first (1st) redemption scale of 250 Points. Redemption of Points is carried out by purchasing any products outside of the offer chosen by the Member, as long as their value is equal to or greater than the value of redemption of Points and amounts to a purchase value of €12 (Euro)
Example: the Member buys a product worth €30 (euro) and redeems 250 Points worth €12 (euro). The Member pays the difference of €18 (euro). Euros redeemed by the Member (depending on the redemption scale) are automatically deducted from the Member’s account in the myperfumeworldcyprus Rewards Program and their value from the purchase amount at the time of the transaction. For the remaining amount of the new purchase, the Member collects Points again.
2.3.4. The Member can be informed of the total number of Points he has and the amount of Points he can redeem from the cash desks of the Perfume World Cyprus store network.
2.3.5. Under no circumstances can the Points collected be redeemed and returned for money or used as a down payment for the purchase of products.
2.4. Points Cancellation
2.4.1. In the event of cancellation or withdrawal from the myperfumeworldcyprus Rewards Program, Membership Points will be automatically deducted.
2.4.2. It is not possible to return and exchange products purchased by the Member exclusively through the redemption of Points or from any other purchase.
2.5. Points Expiration
Collected Points are valid and redeemable within twelve (12) months from the date of the transaction in which they were collected.
3. PERSONAL DATA OF MEMBERS in the myperfumeworldcyprus Rewards Program
3.1. Data collection and processing
The Company is Responsible for Processing the personal data provided by natural persons for their participation in the myperfumeworldcyprus Rewards Program. The Company collects the personal data that natural persons complete in the Membership Application (Name, Surname, email, date of birth, mobile phone number, gender, municipality of residence) for their participation in the myperfumeworldcyprus Rewards Program, and processes them exclusively for the purposes are analyzed in the present conditions, such as indicatively for the receipt and evaluation of the participation application, the accumulation and redemption of Points and the satisfaction of the provision of the Member’s privileges.
3.2. Data Retention Time
Members’ personal data will only be kept for as long as is necessary, taking into account the processing purposes. In any case, the Company will delete the members’ personal data within six (6) months from when the legal reason for their processing ceases (as indicative from the time of the Member’s withdrawal or exclusion from the myperfumeworldcyprus Rewards Program).
3.3. Advertising and/or informational material
The Company will send the Member advertising and/or informational material about its activities, products and services, which is not related to the operation of the myperfumeworldcyprus Rewards Program, either by email or by text message on the mobile (sms), only if the Member wishes to receive such material and has given his consent. The Member’s declaration of consent will be observed for as long as the newsletter is sent to him by the Company and in any case no more than six (6) months from the cessation of its sending. The Member can at any time withdraw his consent by following the link at the bottom of every communication (newsletter) he receives “If you wish not to receive this email or sms, you can unsubscribe here”.
3.4. Privacy Policy

4. OTHER TERMS OF MEMBERSHIP in the myperfumeworldcyprus Rewards Program
4.1. The Company reserves, at its absolute discretion, the right to delete a Member from the myperfumeworldcyprus Rewards Program and/or delete, cancel any privileges, if it finds that the Member has violated these terms or has behaved in an inappropriate, misleading or abusive manner.
4.2. The Company may, at any time and at its absolute discretion, refuse to issue, withdraw or cancel an account participating in the myperfumeworldcyprus Rewards Program. It is understood that the right of deletion by a Member of the myperfumeworldcyprus Rewards Program is retained by the Member himself, provided that for this purpose the company is given a relevant written notice and as a result the Company will immediately delete the personal data of this Member.
4.3. The Company is entitled at any time to terminate the operation of the myperfumeworldcyprus Rewards Program on the condition of notifying the Members one month in advance (unless the dissolution is due to force majeure or a judicial or administrative decision or act) and after taking into account the acquired privileges of the members from their participation in the myperfumeworldcyprus Rewards Program. The Company does not have, nor does it assume, any responsibility towards any Member for any damage resulting, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly from the operation of the myperfumeworldcyprus Rewards Program and/or from any cessation of its operation.
4.4. The Company is not responsible or liable for any taxation of the benefits or gifts or for any other costs that may arise in connection with the benefits or gifts received by the Members of the myperfumeworldcyprus Rewards Program.
4.5. The above terms apply and are interpreted in accordance with the Laws and regulations of the Republic of Cyprus. Any dispute that may arise will be referred for resolution to the Competent District Court of Nicosia.
4.6. The Company reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time with a relevant announcement at the online address www.perfumeworld.cy, and/or in any appropriate way at its reasonable discretion, for any reason or if this is imposed by a decision of an Administrative or Public Authority .
4.7. The above constitutes the latest version of the terms of the myperfumeworldcyprus Rewards Program valid from 28/06/2023 and cancels any previous version of terms. Members of the myperfumeworldcyprus Rewards Program must visit the Company’s website www.perfumeworld.cy at regular intervals to be informed of any modifications, as well as the latest valid version of the above terms.
